Sent to us vegetarians by my friend, Dan, The Meatrix is an advocacy site that supports local, family, and organic farms instead of the agri-corporate factories that seem to dominate America these days. I’m not too educated on this subject, but the flash animation is worth having a look at. Maybe corporate strategies like these are where those urban myths come from, as well as other anxieties about genetically modified foodstuffs?

    Speaking of vegetarians… I was wondering what your menu will be like at your wedding. Are you guys thinking about going all Veg, or serving meat also? I’m so excited to see what ya’ll ahve got up your sleeves!

    I am thinking all veg! It’ll be fun, and we’ll make up for the lack of meat with an abundance of sweets, I’m sure. ;-)
