BTW, while you are there, you need to find us a purveyor who can ship to the states. I have never had any in this country that are anywhere as good as the ones there.
I like mine either in some gravy with mashed potatos, (bangers ‘n mash), or with pasta in tomato sauce. But I don’t eat them very often at all. I’m more for the scottish salmon. *drool*

You had to go and talk about bangers, didn’t you? I actually had my first bangers in a wee pub in Bradenton of all places: The Crown & Anchor. Nick and I used to go after a long shift at the OG, quaff a couple of pints of Guinness, put bangers in our banger holes. I agree with Kip: beans and mash are the best, but you can’t beat a Toad in the Hole on occasion. /you better bring me some back!
