Indeed, I love seasons, and all the cool changes nature shares with my eyes, but this year I’ve had a hard time letting go of the beyond beautiful summer I was fortunate enough to enjoy. But lately, I’ve found several things to ease my transition into the chillier months. The fair is coming in less than two weeks, and I know I will be going at least once! 
I’ve rediscovered a great website to distract me with beautiful fashions to obsess over, including those wonderful hats, scarves, and boots that absolutely make winter for me. I’ve created a little wish list to refer to for future Christmas gifts, if anyone needs any ideas. 
Which brings me to holidays. A whole string of holidays are just around the corner, beginning with this month’s special, Halloween. While we haven’t even thought far enough ahead to have any plans yet, I think I will purposefully buy candy that J and I do not like, so we can save our fat grams for awesome Turkey Day food! And, then…December birthday cake and Christmas goodies, of course. Yes, I am already beginning to see happy holiday visions seeping into my daydreams, and soon enough, into my reality. I can’t wait to shop for tree ornaments at the wonderful new Hobby Lobby. Wheee!
