Time to Play Catch-Up!

So lately I’ve enjoyed a wonderful span of days off work that have kept me so busy with having fun that I’ve neglected my blog. Sorry, blogy! December is so full of magic, that it’s hard to even blink or you might miss something…especially when there are birthdays to celebrate in addition to the holidays! [...]

Hey, Macon: Time to Vote Again!

This time the election centers around something we all know & love – FOOD! Each year, the Macon Food & Culture Magazine hosts Foodies – a wonderful opportunity to give love to your favorite restuarant, bartender, chef, and more! I’ve already submitted my vote, and may I recommend Edgar’s, Good to Go, Taki, & Tic [...]

Ouch.

Click the picture for the background story that led to 15 stitches on my face. No fun…but hubby is taking great care of me. It’s been a long, sore, sleepy weekend. Nothing pretty about it.

T-Day @ Chez Anderson

OK, I finally had a chance to upload some photos from our pre-Thanksgiving dinner at the Anderson’s house. Thanks, again, to Cheryl for going all-out — ‘cept, of course, for the mashed potatoes. I mean, who doesn’t have mashed potatoes with their turkey dinner? Seriously. I know what I’m bringing next year.

Snow = LOVE.

There’s Nothing Better Than a Smiling Sky & a Happy Birthday

I wondered aloud if the brighter star was [...]

Naive Melody Revisited

Sweet David Byrne. I can’t seem to get enough of him lately.

Happy Birthday to My Wife

Happy birthday, Autumn. I wish you everything you could desire. I know I can’t give all of that to you, but I will do what I can. Here’s wishing you a wonderful day. This is a recent photo I took of you in the mountains. I think it shows your beauty, your youth, your enthusiasm, [...]

Turkey Photos

As Autumn already reported, we’re back again in Macon from a great trip to visit family for Thanksgiving. While there was one part of our clan missing, we managed to come together for another successful holiday. I have posted pictures of the event. The gallery is for family only, so the password is SarasotaFL.

Home Sweet Home

We’re back in town after spending a wonderful Thanksgiving in the Smoky Mountains with J’s fun family. There was food, shopping, relaxing in front of fireplaces, conversation, snow, and James Bond involved…needless to say, I had a blast! Details and photos to come soon…stay tuned.
