Okay, so I have been a bad girl & neglected my blog for quite some time. But today I’m playing catch up! This lovely day took place on February 23rd. I had one night off & I used it quite wisely – I woke up a little earlier in the afternoon than usual & whisked myself down to WR to see Twilight at the Dollar Theater. It was an amazing experience! I read all 4 books and loved them, so I knew I had to catch the movie when it showed locally for the second run. I missed the original showing since I was still reading at the time, but it was worth the wait. The books are undeniably better than the movie, but I think that’s always the case. Also, I have a mad crush on Edward…now I know what all the chicks were talking about. 
And, even more importantly than my Twilight night, hubby & I went out for drinks & dinner to celebrate a very exciting event – he got TENURE! I am so proud of my J, and I know he deserves this very much after all the work he has done to achieve it. XO
