Post-C’mas Celebration @ Chez Anderson

Thanks to Cheryl, my wonderful mother-in-law, for a great post-holiday party. My mom was here, we all had a blast, and we all ate way too much. Fortunately, my holiday cold did not last long, and I was able to enjoy the evening. I posted some photos of the event in my gallery. Enjoy.

Merry Christmas!!!

Hope everyone’s holidays were wonderful, warm, & happy ones! I know this post is a day late, but that’s just because we were having so much holiday fun! It didn’t even end today – we celebrated with one more big Christmas party, and are enjoying a visit with family. Christmas 2008 was beautiful…I just wish [...]

Time to Play Catch-Up!

So lately I’ve enjoyed a wonderful span of days off work that have kept me so busy with having fun that I’ve neglected my blog. Sorry, blogy! December is so full of magic, that it’s hard to even blink or you might miss something…especially when there are birthdays to celebrate in addition to the holidays! [...]

T-Day @ Chez Anderson

OK, I finally had a chance to upload some photos from our pre-Thanksgiving dinner at the Anderson’s house. Thanks, again, to Cheryl for going all-out — ‘cept, of course, for the mashed potatoes. I mean, who doesn’t have mashed potatoes with their turkey dinner? Seriously. I know what I’m bringing next year.

Turkey Photos

As Autumn already reported, we’re back again in Macon from a great trip to visit family for Thanksgiving. While there was one part of our clan missing, we managed to come together for another successful holiday. I have posted pictures of the event. The gallery is for family only, so the password is SarasotaFL.

Home Sweet Home

We’re back in town after spending a wonderful Thanksgiving in the Smoky Mountains with J’s fun family. There was food, shopping, relaxing in front of fireplaces, conversation, snow, and James Bond involved…needless to say, I had a blast! Details and photos to come soon…stay tuned.

The Pumpkin Patch

Welcoming Fall with plenty of fun traditions – visiting our favorite pumpkin patch, going to the fair, and feeling the cool, blustery breezes outside as the first signs of color peek out from the trees.

Labor Day Weekend, Family Style!

First, a long weekend away for a great mountain visit with J’s Dad & Sharon, who treat us like royalty and are always fun to be with! After returning home, it was off to my parents’ for a cookout and pool party with my cute little cousins. I don’t think the holiday weekend could have [...]

Yeah, We’re a Bicycling Couple Now! :-)

So, J has found a fabulous new way to stay in shape, and now I am completely into it too! Of course, the journey has already been horribly rocky after he was hit by a car less than two weeks after purchasing our fancy bikes, but he recovered well and has been brave enough to [...]
